As a result, we build a media plan to support the goals and exposure needs of marketing and creative. We believe that media buying is not completely numbers based. The media buy should be a blend of objective analysis and subjective decision making, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative reasoning.

Ruth Burke & Associates utilizes a targeted media strategy for the majority of clients. Targeting those mediums and programs that most effectively reach the desired target in each individual market is generally more efficient than a “tonnage” buy. We place an emphasis on program content to ensure it fits with the client’s philosophy and message.
